Connecting in Coherence is a guided group experience created to foster genuine human connection, emotional release, and spiritual realignment. Together, we gather in an atmosphere of safety and compassion to scan every layer of ourselves, reflect, and release what we have been carrying. To reattune our hearts to the frequency of coherence — the natural harmony that arises when we are connected to ourselves, to one another, and to Source.
These gatherings are sacred. They’re intentional. They’re for people ready to step out of old weight and reconnect with themselves in coherence, clarity, and freedom.
This is deeper than talk therapy.
More embodied than mindset work.
More transformative than silent processing.

You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more aligned with yourself.

-Please arrive 5-10 minutes before gathering start time to settle in
-Wear comfortable clothing!
